  • Granular thermosetting molding materials manufactured are using specialized equipment resulting in a highly homogenous material quality, excellent processability and high dimensional stability, electrical properties, mechanical strength, and heat resistance. Further, they are ideal for injection molding products in electronics, automotive precision parts and home appliances.

Application
  • Widely used in electronic and electrical components
    1. DAP molding materials (WH-9100 series, WH-9800 thermal conductive series) are used to mold a variety of electronic products including header, base, case, cover, SMD bobbin, and mount. These materials are ultimately used in a wide range of applications including AI, semiconductors, telecommunications technology, and high-tech fields.
    2. UP molding materials (WH-8100 series and 8200 series and 8300 series) are used to mold a variety of automotive precision parts, home appliances, encapsulation materials for EV motor, and other applications.
